VERBIA · Support
A little help, when you need it.
Verbia is not yet released. These notes explain the current development version and how to reach the company.

Reading comes first
You can read, record a self-confirmation and share a reference even when Screen Time permission is unavailable. If a link will not open, look up the displayed reference in your Bible.
Check protection
In the app, allow Screen Time, choose YouVersion and your reading browser as exceptions, then select the apps and websites to protect. If permission is revoked, authorize again and reselect the exceptions and targets.
If release needs a retry
A reading record and a system release are separate states. If your reading is recorded but protection has not released, use retry or repair. You do not need to repeat your reading. Other blocking apps control their own rules.
Subscriptions and cancellation
When subscriptions are available, manage or cancel in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting Verbia or clearing local data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Eligible annual trials last 7 days; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid renewal.
